Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich is easy and quick making recipe. It is healthy as in this we use fresh vegetables which is healthy for us. It can be made in breakfast or evening Snacks. It is very good snacks and easily made. All the ingredients used in this is fresh vegetable. It taste yummy. 

Tips For Making Mayonnaise Sandwich

  • Use of brown or multigrain bread for healthier Choice Or Use white bread as per your choice.
  • Toast the bread or grill it or use sandwich maker for making crispy.
  • You can add veggies as per your choice like sweet corn, cabbage, tomato etc.
  • Steamed Corn for better taste.
  • If you want to add some chili flakes then you can.

Ingredients Needed For Making Mayonnaise Sandwich

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrot.
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cabbage.
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicum 
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion 
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup steamed Corn
  • 1/3 or 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (I used Fun foods Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (Optional)
  • salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
  • 1/3 tsp mustard Powder

Other Ingredients

  • Brown Bread Or White Bread as per your choice
  • Butter
  • Cheese (Optional)
  • Coriander (For Green Chutney)

Method Of Making Mayonnaise Sandwich

  • Add a Chopped carrot, Chopped Cabbage, Chopped capsicum, Finely Chopped onion, Chopped Tomato, Steamed Corn in one bowl.
  • Add 1/3 Mayonnaise in Mixing bowl.
  • Add 1/8 tsp mustard powder.
  • Mix it properly.
  • Add sugar 1/4 tsp sugar (optional), Salt as per your taste, If you have red chili flakes then add it as per your taste (optional)

Making Mayonnaise Sandwich

  • Spread Butter on Bread Slices.
  • Now Spread Veg Mayonnaise Stuffing in bread slices.
  • Placed on top the remaining buttered slices.
  • Now toast the bread or grill these sandwich.
  • Serve Mayonnaise Sandwich with Green Coriander Chutney.
