Green Chutney

Green Chutney is a gluten-free, spicy or savory condiment originating in India. Chutney is made from fruits, vegetables, and/or herbs with vinegar, sugar, and spices. The Green Chutney is good for health as in this all type of ingredients which is good for health. The antioxidants vitamin A, vitamin C and the quercetin present in coriander works towards strengthening our immune system.

Green Chutney can be stored in an airtight container in the deep freezer, to keep it fresh for up to six months. When required, remove from the deep freezer, thaw it, take out the required amount, and immediately deep freeze the remaining chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cilantro leaves,
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves,
  • 3 tbsp Chutney dalia,
  • 2 tbsp Groundnut,
  • 2 tbsp Coconut (grated)
  • 5 green chilies,
  • 1 Small piece Ginger,
  • 2 tbsp Sugar,
  • salt,
  • 2 Pepper seeds, 
  • 1 Lemon juice

Methods

First grind groundnut, chutney dalia, and green chilies and then mix all the ingredients and make a paste.
