Rice and Cheese Fritters

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Rice (Boiled)
  • 2 Tablespoon Cheese (Grate)
  • 2 Green Chili (Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Coriander (Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Carrot (Grate)
  • 2 Tablespoon Curd (Torn)
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes 
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Oil for fried

Method
  • Mix all the ingredients without oil. 
  • Make medium size balls.
  • Fried it in oil till it become light brown.
  • Served it into the plate.
  • Eat it with green chutney or schezwan sauce.
