Rice and Cheese Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rice (Boiled)
- 2 Tablespoon Cheese (Grate)
- 2 Green Chili (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Coriander (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Carrot (Grate)
- 2 Tablespoon Curd (Torn)
- 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
- Salt as per your taste
- Oil for fried
- Mix all the ingredients without oil.
- Make medium size balls.
- Fried it in oil till it become light brown.
- Served it into the plate.
- Eat it with green chutney or schezwan sauce.
